Secretary-General of the ZGCTA:Li Junkai

Li Junkai, Doctor of Management, researcher, doctoral supervisor, currently serves as the Director of the International and Regional Cooperation Center at the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, Secretary-General of ZGCTA, and Director of Training Center for "Belt and Road" International Sci-Tech Cooperation. She was the Former Vice President of Hebei University (temporary position), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of College of Engineering of Peking University and Deputy Director of Student Career Center of Peking University. She has been engaged in long-term scientific research and management in the fields of science and technology strategy, international cooperation, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She has been granted approval for over 40 national and provincial key projects, published more than 80 papers, authored 26 academic monographs. Her work has been adopted as internal references by government departments over 60 times, and she has received more than 40 instructions from central and provincial leaders.
